Libertad Thanksgiving Meal Kits

Thanksgiving menu featuring kale Caesar salad, whole roasted turkey with chile-honey glaze, chorizo stuffing, turkey pan gravy with sage, sweet potatoes with agave syrup and toasted pecans, caramelized Brussels sprouts with sherry-mustard vinaigrette, ancho chile cranberry sauce, and tres leches with marinated cherries.

Details

All dishes will be fully cooked and refrigerated for pick up. Heating instructions will be provided. We will send you home with stock for reheating as well. 

We recommend placing your order early, as we will stop taking orders once we reach our production capacity, or on November 19th at noon, whichever comes first.

Pick ups will take place at our sister restaurant, Estación, on Tuesday, November 26th and Wednesday, November 27th, between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm.
Estación is located at 633 W. Howard Street in Evanston. 

A credit card payment is required to secure your order and all payments must be received by Tuesday November 19th at noon.
